Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and exchange policy is designed to be simple and hassle-free.
1. Order Cancellation
• You can request an order cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order.
• Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

• If the cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
2. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
• Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
• Items on sale, clearance, or customized orders are not eligible for returns.
• Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer, unless the item received is
defective or incorrect.
How to Initiate a Return:

within 3 days of receiving the product.
2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
3. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund or store credit
within 5-7 business days.
3. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, you can do so within 3 days of delivery:
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Exchange is valid for size or color issues, or if the product received is defective or
incorrect.
• If the desired exchange item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or refund.
• Exchange shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases of a wrong or
defective item.
